In the current political climate, minorities are feeling on edge. Never has the feeling of uncertainty about the future been stronger among the cultural, religious and sexual minorities in the United States. The overreaching feeling of lack of safety and security is dominating our thoughts, feelings, and aspirations. Tri-Valley Relationship Therapy, Inc. offers individual counseling to minorities that are struggling with acculturation difficulties, immigration challenges, feelings of loss of identity, blatant racism, micro aggressions, discrimination, prejudice & bias.
